Key Responsibilities:
Strategic
• Managing merchandising of assigned stores
• Maintain hygiene of the products, increase the visibility of the Product to create impact in secondary sales
• Required to help and guide the customer to influence buying behavior for company assigned products
• Promotes or upsells the company’s product assigned to him/her.
Operational
• Maintain Grooming Standards
• Perform Merchandising tasks followed by Promoting the Products.
• Promoter should be familiar with the locations of all categories/sub-categories in the store.
• Restock from back room, Clean & mop of shelf, rotates stock, Maintain Planogram & SOS.
• Ensure all the promotions are activated & running as per the client instruction.
• Ensure Promo communication through Promo talker
• Reporting on the status of Availability, Visibility and Activations.
• Escalating the OOS – Out Of Stock to the store team & ensure Indenting for stocks and if not getting closed, escalate to client through their process.
• Be thorough with the complete range, promotions, MRPs and stock status and the offers running in the store.
• Should be aware of the store’s selling price, which may be lower than the MRP.
• Should have fair knowledge on the products, its usage & benefits
• Be clear with Company profile, when it is asked for.
• Swiftly move around the focus categories and wish the approaching customers, take permission to detail and proceed with the detailing.
• Need to understand the customer need & interact with every customer.
• Brand activation (New product sampling)
• Maintenance of paid assets (secondary visibility)
• Should know the competitor activities and communicate to reporting personnel immediately
• In addition to above duties and functions any other assignment given by the management occasionally or on a daily basis is to be performed.
