Operational
- Visit the outlets as per PJP and Ensure Proper Merchandising & Implementation happens 100% as per program deliverables.
- Any deviation in PJP requires approval from the Supervisor / OM.
- Ensure the company products are upfront and visible through quality merchandising.
- Maintain hygiene by dusting and cleaning the products, shelves, and assets.
- Maintain a good rapport with the outlet owner / in charge.
- Proper Usage of all POSM materials provided.
- FIFO & Planogram need to be checked & followed.
- Checking of back-room stocks at the outlet and placing it at the counters.
- Follow Dus Ka Dum (PJP – Calls Stores as pre PJP (report to store in time).
- GREETING – Wish the Store Manager/Supervisors and Staff.
- STOCK REFILL – Check the arrival of stocks and bring them to the store front
- DUSTING – Mop and clean the shelf and products.
- PLANOGRAM – Arrange the products as per the Planogram.
- FMFO / FIFO – Rotates stock as per First Manufactured First Out.
- SOS – Maximize Share of Shelf.
- POP/ADD.VISIBILITY – Activate – Mount POP, asset maintenance, create floor stocks/cut displays, fill bins and alligators, create brand blocks.
- REPORTING – Fill Reports in the Mobile application as applicable: Availability, SOS, FMFO, Implementation, and Competition.
- INDENTING – Indent for stocks. Follow up with the manager/supervisor to order OOS, wherever applicable
- Report to Supervisors on a daily basis and escalate issues in the market to them.
- Report competition activities to the Supervisor / Client.
- Ensure 100% call coverage & report all active calls, issues, calls, and deviations (if any) should be captured in the Mobile Application provided
- Build a relationship with stores & clients.
- Issues in the store, like permission, stock issues, and store payment issue need to be communicated to the Client & Supervisor
In addition to the above duties and functions, any other assignment given by the management occasionally or on a daily basis is to be performed.
