PPMS is hiring an experienced Regional Manager to lead large-scale field operations across multiple zones. This role focuses on KPI achievement, effective manpower and route management, SOP adherence, and guiding Operations Managers and field teams to deliver consistent execution excellence across the region.

Regional Manager Responsibilities

Strategic Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth regional operations with all KPIs met through effective manpower and route management.
• Guide Operations Managers and teams to execute projects as per defined SOPs and client requirements.

Operational Execution

• Set KRAs and ensure adherence to PPMS and client SOPs for timely task delivery.
• Oversee manpower planning and route management across assigned zones.
• Maintain on-ground manpower strength within allocated budgets; control attrition and absenteeism.
• Monitor call efficiency, PJP vs. actual visits, and execution effectiveness.
• Drive team training, evaluation, and performance monitoring.
• Manage activity implementation, asset deployment, maintenance, and negotiations.
• Set and achieve targets for Visibility, Promotion, and Availability scores.
• Ensure accurate and timely market reporting supported by strong data analytics.
• Escalate operational issues with recommended solutions to stakeholders.
• Conduct regular operational reviews with clients and internal reporting managers.
• Ensure adherence to HR, Admin, and Accounts SOPs across the region.
• Handle additional responsibilities assigned by management as required.

Educational Qualification

Any Graduate Degree (Mandatory)

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in operations and large team management.
• Prior exposure to Retail, FMCG, or QSR industries preferred.
