Ltd. is hiring Retail Merchandisers to ensure excellent in-store execution, strong product visibility, and strict adherence to merchandising standards across assigned outlets. This role focuses on planogram compliance, stock rotation, POSM usage, hygiene maintenance, and accurate reporting through mobile applications to improve secondary sales and brand presence.

Merchandiser Responsibilities in Retail Outlets

Strategic Responsibilities

Ensure proper merchandising implementation across assigned outlets as per program deliverables.
Maintain a strong rapport with outlet owners and in-charge personnel to support execution quality.
Drive product visibility through effective displays and adherence to merchandising standards.

Operational Execution

Visit outlets as per PJP and ensure 100% implementation as planned.
Seek approval from the Supervisor or Operations Manager for any deviation in PJP.
Ensure products are placed upfront and visible through quality merchandising.
Maintain hygiene by cleaning products, shelves, and display assets.
Ensure proper usage of all POSM materials provided.
Follow FIFO, FMFO, Planogram, and SOS guidelines strictly.
Check back-room stocks and replenish shelves and counters accordingly.
Execute all visibility elements such as POP, floor stacks, cut displays, bins, and brand blocks.
Complete reporting through the mobile app covering Availability, SOS, FMFO, Implementation, and Competition tracking.
Indent for stocks and follow up with store managers/supervisors for OOS situations.
Ensure 100% call coverage and record all store visits and issues in the mobile app.
Report daily updates to Supervisors and escalate market issues immediately.
Track and report competitor activities to Supervisor and Client.
Build strong working relationships with store teams and client representatives.
Communicate store-level challenges such as permissions, stock issues, or payment concerns.
Perform additional responsibilities assigned by management as required.

Educational Qualification

Higher Secondary / Any Graduate (Preferred)

Experience Requirements

Minimum 1+ year of experience in retail merchandising or store execution.
Prior exposure to Retail or FMCG industry preferred.
