Key Account Manager Responsibilities
Strategic Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth overall operations across all projects under responsibility.
- Drive success in key accounts through operations excellence, innovation, and market insights.
- Increase wallet share through cross-category business acquisition.
Operational Execution
- Translate project team insights into actionable operational improvements.
- Review team performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans.
- Identify market opportunities within existing clients and ensure continuous engagement.
- Publish monthly market visit plans and review plan vs. achievement.
- Build succession plans and competency development programs for teams.
- Ensure timely invoicing, billing, and payment collections, including variable fees.
- Drive annual CSAT measurement and implement improvement action plans.
- Strengthen wallet share through merchandising and promoter program excellence.
- Drive cross-category and new geography task acquisition.
- Ensure delivery of target gross margins for acquired tasks.
- Build alignment with client category teams for branding, signage, and adjacencies.
- Support staffing and payroll management programs.
- Implement improved execution methods using market and competitor insights.
- Handle additional responsibilities assigned by management as required.
Educational Qualification
Any Graduate Degree (Mandatory)
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in operations, client servicing, and team leadership.
- Prior exposure to Retail, FMCG, or QSR industries preferred.
